Refund Policy
At MIKOMOTO Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality DPF cleaning and automotive services with care and professionalism. By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy.
No Refunds for Services Rendered:
All services provided by MIKOMOTO Limited are non-refundable once the work has been carried out. Due to the nature of automotive servicing and diagnostic work, we cannot offer refunds for completed services under any circumstances.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee to cover preparation and allocated time.
Deposits:
Any deposits paid to secure a booking are non-refundable. If we are unable to carry out the service on the agreed date due to our fault, the deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment at your convenience.
Post-Service Concerns:
If you experience an issue after your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate the matter. While refunds will not be issued, we will make every effort to address any concerns and, where appropriate, offer a solution or advice.
